I booked a three night stay, and the reception was friendly. they gave a welcome drink of welsh cakes, a lovely gesture i appreciated. the room included a bottle of water, a nice touch. the position was perfect for the stadium. This location was a real advantage for attending the event.

The room needed some tlc. The bathroom extractor fan had seen better days, just a very slight thing i noted.

The hotel location is ideal. It is very close to the city centre. many shops are easy to reach from here. the hotel is a five minute walk to the castle and about ten minutes from the central train station.

The location was very convenient. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. Staff at the reception provided helpful directions. The breakfast was great (especially the selection of fresh fruits!).

The bathroom design seemed a bit outdated. The shower had a curtain instead of a screen. I found only one towel in the room. Another guest had to use a hand towel.
